This is such an easy way to cook your brats and so much better than buying them pre-cooked at the supermarket. Boiling the brats in beer and veggies adds tons of flavor. After being grilled, the skin is nice and crisp and the inside was warm and juicy. Top with your favorite toppings and you have the perfect brat. The Test Kitchen
