Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons mibnced garlic( i cheat and use the minced garlic in the jar)
- 1 - 4 to 5 lb.beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crumbled sage
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make black and blue rodeo brisket

Step 1Preheat oven to 200*F

Step 2Rub garlic into both sides of the brisket.

Step 3oombine the remainig ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Rub into both sides of the brisket.

Step 4Set brisket fat side up on a large piece of heavy duty foli. Wrap tightly and seal the ends.

Step 5Place in a shallow roasting pan. Place in the oven and cook for 8 hours REmove from oven

Step 6Let rest for 10 min still sealed. Carve always on the bias. Serve hot or cold with Bronco Busters Barbacue Sauce.
