Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes w/chiles
- 2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cans fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag cooked egg noodles
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
How To Make beef noodle skillet

Step 1Saute onion and garlic in skillet, add ground beef, brown and drain.

Step 2Cook egg noodles and drain.

Step 3Mix all the ingredients together in a 13x9 in. lightly greased, casserole dish, cover and bake @ 350 for 20 min. Add additional cheese if preferred.
