Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
- 2 pounds asparagus spears
- - cooking spray
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- 1 bunch green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3 cups cooked rice
- - sesame seeds
How To Make beef and asparagus stir-fry

Step 1Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices, set aside.

Step 2Snap off ends of asparagus and cup diagonally into 1 inch pieces.

Step 3Coat large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes. Drain in colander, wipe drippings from skillet with paper towel.

Step 4Re-coat skillet with cooking spray. Add asparagus, mushrooms, red pepper flakes, and green onions; stir fry 3 minutes. Return beef to pan. Add teriyaki; stir fry 1 minute.
