Beans, beans and beef
You can make it gluten free by using tamari instead of soy sauce, check your barbeque sauce ingredients for wheat products, and check your baked bean can for wheat-free ingredients.

1 cchopped onions
1 lbground beef
1 tspmustard, ground or prepared mustard
1/4 csoy sauce or tamari
19 oz. can(s)diced tomatoes
15 ozcan baked beans, undrained
19 ozcan kidney beans, drained
1/2 cbarbeque sauce
1 ccole slaw mix or shredded cabbage
·salt to taste (won't need much)
How to Make Beans, beans and beef
- Add beans and barbecue sauce. Combine and simmer for about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Taste for seasoning. Probably won't need much salt - if any- because the barbecue sauce, soy sauce and baked beans have salt.
- Serving suggestions:
Serve with rice or noodles; top with grated cheese or sour cream; sprinkle with chopped parsley for freshness and colour.
