Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 10 3/4 ounces can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • - 10-12 hamburger buns, split

How To Make baked barbecued beef

  • Step 1
    In a dutch oven , brown beef and onions; drain. Stir in the green pepper, tomato soup, chili sauce, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns. Makes 10-12 servings.
