My aunt was a wonderful cook and we always looked forward to visiting with her and eating her dishes. Her meatloaf was a treat every time we had it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup small onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons mustard, spicy brown
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 small tomato sauce, italian seasoned
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 3 slices bacon
How To Make aunt donna's meatloaf

Step 1Mix 1st 8 ingredients together to form a loaf. Place in a loaf pan.

Step 2Pour tomato sauce over top and place bacon on top.

Step 3Cook at 350 for about an hour. Temperature in middle of loaf should be at least 160 degrees. Let sit for 15 minutes then slice.

Step 4Use leftovers for sandwiches the next day!
