Ingredients

  • 2 - sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 - beef brisket, about 3 pounds, trimmed
  • 1 - packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 12 ounces can of cola

How To Make atlanta beef brisket--crock-pot

  • Step 1
    Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Place onions in bottom of crock pot. Season brisket with soup mix and place on top of onions. Combine ketchup and cola. Pour over brisket. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove brisket to cutting board and allow to cool 10 minutes. Slice against the grain. Makes 8 servings.
