I had an eggplant that I wanted to try in a new dish. Why I thought of a pizza is beyond me, but I started with preparing my pizza dough. My husband and I were on a health kick, so I started my pizza dough with wheat flour. Once it was completed, I just threw all the things I could on, baked it and to our surprise, it was absolutely delicious! Hope you will enjoy it too! By the way, if you don't like eggplant, just add your favorite veggies!

Ingredients
- whole - eggplant
- can - black olives
- 2 - green bell peppers
- 1 package bacon, cooked
- 1 large red onion
- 2 TBLS tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 can tomatoes and chiles
- small bag - mozzarella cheese
- 1-2lbs - 1 lb browned hamburger or 2 chicken breasts
How To Make veggie meaty pizza

Step 1prepare dough to your specifications. Any pizza recipe will work great, just use wheat flour in place of regular flour.

Step 2saute onions, bell peppers, eggplant, chicken or beef, salt and pepper to taste in 2 tbls olive oil, and drain. Brown package of bacon until crisp, and crumble.(in a separate pan) Sprinkle dough once rolled and onto pizza pan with garlic powder, and rub into dough with fingers. Pour sauteed mixture, add tomatoes/chiles, olives, and the rest of your ingredients onto pizza dough. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until dough is brown.
