Ingredients

  • 1 - refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/4 - onion
  • 10 - olives, pitted (your favorite kind)
  • 2 ounces goat cheese
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach fresh chopped
  • 2 tablespoons italian parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 pinch italian seasoning

How To Make vegetable deep dish pizza

  • Step 1
    Heat the oven at 375 degrees. Cover a large cast iron skillet with the pizza dough. Chopped all the vegetables and have the cheese handy.
  • Step 2
    Place the tomato, onion,olives, garlic first, add the spinach and parsley after, cover with both types of cheese,sprinkle the seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 25 minutes.Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it. Enjoy!
