    olives, pitted (your favorite kind)
  • 2 oz
    goat cheese
  • 4 oz
    mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c
    baby spinach fresh chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian parsley chopped
  • 1 clove
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch
    red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 pinch
    italian seasoning

How to Make Vegetable Deep Dish Pizza


  1. Heat the oven at 375 degrees. Cover a large cast iron skillet with the pizza dough. Chopped all the vegetables and have the cheese handy.
  2. Place the tomato, onion,olives, garlic first, add the spinach and parsley after, cover with both types of cheese,sprinkle the seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes.Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it. Enjoy!
