How to Make Tortellini Soup
- Put broth into large pan. Add celery, carrots, onions, and seasonings and bring to slow boil.
- Drain chicken and put into broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add frozen tortellini and peas. Cook another 5-10 minutes until pasta and peas are cooked.
- Serve with garlic bread and sprinkle with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.
