Ingredients

1pita bread- kangaroo
-
2 Tbsppizza sauce (i make my own with hunts no salt tomato sauce)

2 Tbspgreen bell pepper, diced

1 Tbspyellow onion, diced

2 Tbspdiced fresh tomato

1 cfresh spinach, rough chop

2 Tbsplow fat ricotta cheese

2 Tbspshredded cheese
-
3 slicehormel turkey pepperoni
How to Make Spinach and Turkey Pepperoni Pita Pizza
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and lay down a pita bread. Top with 2 tbsp of the sauce and sprinkle half of the diced bell pepper, tomato,onion and chopped fresh spinach. Top the spinach with 4 (1/2 tbsp) dollaps and top with remaining veggies, pepperoni and cheese.
Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and pita bread is crispy (about 18 minutes).
