Ingredients For spinach and turkey pepperoni pita pizza

    pita bread- kangaroo
  • 2 Tbsp
    pizza sauce (i make my own with hunts no salt tomato sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced fresh tomato
  • 1 c
    fresh spinach, rough chop
  • 2 Tbsp
    low fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    shredded cheese
  • 3 slice
    hormel turkey pepperoni

How To Make spinach and turkey pepperoni pita pizza

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and lay down a pita bread. Top with 2 tbsp of the sauce and sprinkle half of the diced bell pepper, tomato,onion and chopped fresh spinach. Top the spinach with 4 (1/2 tbsp) dollaps and top with remaining veggies, pepperoni and cheese. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and pita bread is crispy (about 18 minutes).
