1 tspminced garlic

16 ozcan tomato sauce

16 ozwater

3medium zucchini

1 tspsalt

1 tspbasil

How to Make Saucy Italian Zucchini
- Slice zucchini into 1 inch cubes. (You can peel the skin off before slicing if desired.)
- Brown minced garlic in olive oil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or longer until zucchini is tender.
