Ingredients
- 4 - large to medium tomatoes. any kind.
- 1/2 - head of garlic. keep cloves whole.
- 1/2 - yellow onion.
- - salt & pepper to taste.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - parsley and thyme to taste.
- - cooked noodles
How To Make roasted tomato pasta sauce

Step 1Cut all tomatoes in quarters. Slice onion. Peel head of garlic.

Step 2Place all ingredients on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes (until just browned).

Step 3After the oven, place all ingredients in a food processor with parsley and thyme and blend.

Step 4Add to your pasta in pan and cook together 4-5 minutes.
