My kids LOVE these snacks! They're super easy, tasty and not loaded in fat like some other foods! My teenager makes these without any help from Mom which is great! It can easily be converted to vegetarian by omitting the pepperoni and adding a few veggies. Thats how my husband likes his. It's like a pizza flavored quesadilla with a marinara dipping sauce-- YUM!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 - 8 inch flour tortilla
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
How To Make pizzatillas

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Brush olive oil on one side of tortilla. Place tortilla, oiled side down, onto baking sheet.

Step 3Sprinkle half the cheese evenly over tortilla. Spread out the pepperoni evenly over tortilla and cover with remaining cheese.

Step 4Bake in oven for 5 minutes. With tongs, fold tortilla in half, bake for 3-5 minutes more until lightly browned. Flip tortilla over and bake for 3-5 minutes more until golden brown. Do not overbake!

Step 5Remove from oven and cut into 4 pieces. Serve with marinara on the side.
