Ingredients

12 ozspeghetti
-
10 ozpeeled ripe tomaoes (canned is fine)
-
5 ozmozzarella cheese
-
·basil
-
·oregano
-
·salt & pepper
-
3 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Pizzaiola ( Speghetti "Pizza Style)
- In a deep skillet combine tomatoes with olive oil, basil, and salt & pepper.
- Cook mixture over medium high heat.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Drain spaghetti and add to tomato mixture
- Toss well and add the mozzarella, oregano, extra basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
- When the mozzarella starts to melt, remove from heat and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
