Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup yellow summer squash
  • 3/4 cup asparagus pieces
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 4 - pita bread rounds
  • 3 - plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan, shredded

How To Make pizza primavera

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Cook veggies until crisp-tender.
  • Step 3
    Drain.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on each pita bread.
  • Step 5
    Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with basil.
  • Step 6
    Arrange cooked veggies and peas on tomato slices.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Step 8
    Place on cookie sheet.
  • Step 9
    Bake 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
