    broccoli florets
  • 1 c
    yellow summer squash
  • 3/4 c
    asparagus pieces
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 4
    pita bread rounds
  • 3
    plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan, shredded

How to Make Pizza Primavera

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook veggies until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on each pita bread.
  5. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with basil.
  6. Arrange cooked veggies and peas on tomato slices.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  8. Place on cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
