yellow summer squash
3/4 c
asparagus pieces
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, low-fat
pita bread rounds
plum tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp
fresh basil, finely chopped
1/4 c
frozen peas, thawed
2 Tbsp
parmesan, shredded

How to Make Pizza Primavera


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Cook veggies until crisp-tender.
  • 3Drain.
  • 4Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on each pita bread.
  • 5Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with basil.
  • 6Arrange cooked veggies and peas on tomato slices.
  • 7Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  • 8Place on cookie sheet.
  • 9Bake 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
