1pita pocket - toufayan low carb
2 Tbsppizza sauce
1/2 cmozzarella cheese, low-fat
2 Tbspitalian sausage crumbles
1/2roma tomatoes - cut in cubes
1 Tbspsliced black olives
How to Make Pita Pizza
- Carefully insert a sharp knife and cut the pita pocket all the way around so you come out with 2 whole circles, no a pocket.
- In a small frying pan, use a splash of olive oil and quickly fry the outside of the pita to near crisp, remove.
- Spread on sauce, add cheese, then top with pepperoni and sausage crumbles, roma tomatoes, or black olives, to your liking.
- Bake 375 degrees until cheese is sufficiently melted. make sure to keep an eye on them, they bake quick.
