Ingredients

pita pocket - toufayan low carb
2 Tbsp
pizza sauce
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, low-fat
10 slice
pepperoni
2 Tbsp
italian sausage crumbles
1/2
roma tomatoes - cut in cubes
1 Tbsp
sliced black olives

How to Make Pita Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Carefully insert a sharp knife and cut the pita pocket all the way around so you come out with 2 whole circles, no a pocket.
  • 2In a small frying pan, use a splash of olive oil and quickly fry the outside of the pita to near crisp, remove.
  • 3Spread on sauce, add cheese, then top with pepperoni and sausage crumbles, roma tomatoes, or black olives, to your liking.
  • 4Bake 375 degrees until cheese is sufficiently melted. make sure to keep an eye on them, they bake quick.
