Ingredients
- 1 - pita pocket - toufayan low carb
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons italian sausage crumbles
- 1/2 - roma tomatoes - cut in cubes
- 1 tablespoon sliced black olives
How To Make pita pizza

Step 1Carefully insert a sharp knife and cut the pita pocket all the way around so you come out with 2 whole circles, no a pocket.

Step 2In a small frying pan, use a splash of olive oil and quickly fry the outside of the pita to near crisp, remove.

Step 3Spread on sauce, add cheese, then top with pepperoni and sausage crumbles, roma tomatoes, or black olives, to your liking.

Step 4Bake 375 degrees until cheese is sufficiently melted. make sure to keep an eye on them, they bake quick.
