I found this recipe many years ago, and it has been my favorite ever since. I have tweaked it to my liking of course.

2 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 pkg
instant dry yeast
2 Tbsp
1 c
warm water

How to Make Perfect pizza dough


  • 1Mix your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add all wet ingredients. Knead until the dough is soft. If it seems too sticky add more flour till you have the correct consistency.
  • 2Set aside with a warm cloth over the mouth of the bowl and let rise for at least 20 min.
  • 3Roll out to shape your pizza and add any toppings bake at 425 F until golden brown on the bottom and edges.
