How to Make Perfect pizza dough
- Mix your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add all wet ingredients. Knead until the dough is soft. If it seems too sticky add more flour till you have the correct consistency.
- Set aside with a warm cloth over the mouth of the bowl and let rise for at least 20 min.
- Roll out to shape your pizza and add any toppings bake at 425 F until golden brown on the bottom and edges.
