I found this recipe many years ago, and it has been my favorite ever since. I have tweaked it to my liking of course.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package instant dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup warm water
How To Make perfect pizza dough

Step 1Mix your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add all wet ingredients. Knead until the dough is soft. If it seems too sticky add more flour till you have the correct consistency.

Step 2Set aside with a warm cloth over the mouth of the bowl and let rise for at least 20 min.

Step 3Roll out to shape your pizza and add any toppings bake at 425 F until golden brown on the bottom and edges.
