This is on my Curves Complete Diet This is so yummy. My family love it. You could cook it on the range top on medium heat. It will only take about 15 minutes after adding the macaroni to cook. I have done it both way. And it is still yummy either way you choice. [For a serving size I used a Greek Yogurt 6 oz. Cup to measure the serving size.]

Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon oil-olive
- 6 ounces sausage-italian
- 1/3 medium yellow onions
- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 2 1/4 stalks celery
- 3/4 clove garlic
- 2/4 teaspoon basil, fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary sprigs
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper-red flakes
- 10 ounces chicken broth, low salt
- 6 ounces tomatoes- diced with juice
- 1 can kidney beans, canned
- 1 ounce macaroni, whole wheat (dry)

Step 11. Remove casting from Italian sausage. Heat oil in a Large skillet over medium Heat. Add sausage and Sauté until beginning to brown, breaking up with back of spoon, about 5 minutes.

Step 22. Dice onion, carrots and celery and mince garlic. And chopped vegetables, garlic, basil,rosemary and crush red peppers. Sauté until Vegetable begin to soften, about 10 minutes.

Step 33 Add broth, tomatoes with their juices and beans.Bring to boil. Reduce heat and slimmer for 20 minutes.

Step 44. Pour Mixture into the big crock pot.

Step 55. Add Macaroni to soup and stir. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover and cooked on low until you get home from work. Enjoy!

Step 66. Tips: 2 0z. Kidney Beans = 3 T 1/2 oz. = 1/8 cup dry = 1/4 cup cooked whole wheat macaroni
