pasta and tomato with honey mustard sauce
This is a simple vegitarian pasta dish. I came up with the recipes to enter it in a Washington Post recipe contest. It did not win, but it was published in the paper.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces cooked pasta
- 8 - basil leaves
How To Make pasta and tomato with honey mustard sauce

Step 1Heat olive oil in a saute pan and cook chopped garlic 1 minute.

Step 2Roughly chop tomatoes and add to pan. Cook until moisture has reduced.

Step 3Add honey and mustard. Mix and cook two minutes.

Step 4Season with salt and pepper and serve tossed with your favorite pasta topped with finely chopped basil.
