Parmesan Linguini With Broccoli
frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (see note)
linguini, cooked and drained
grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Parmesan Linguini With Broccoli
11. In a very large skillet or Dutch oven saute garlic in 1/4 cup oil 3 minutes or until golden brown.
22. Add broccoli; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat; add hot linguini and remaining 1/4 cup oil. Toss thoroughly.
33. In small bowl, mix well milk and cheese. Pour over linguini mixture and over low heat toss until cheese melts. Add salt ; serve immediately.
4Note: If desired, 1 3/4 cups cooked broccoli can be substituted. Enjoy!
