3 largecloves garlic,minced
1/2 coil, divided
1(10)oz. pkgfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed (see note)
1 lblinguini, cooked and drained
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
·salt to taste
How to Make Parmesan Linguini With Broccoli
- 1. In a very large skillet or Dutch oven saute garlic in 1/4 cup oil 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- 2. Add broccoli; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat; add hot linguini and remaining 1/4 cup oil. Toss thoroughly.
- 3. In small bowl, mix well milk and cheese. Pour over linguini mixture and over low heat toss until cheese melts. Add salt ; serve immediately.
- Note: If desired, 1 3/4 cups cooked broccoli can be substituted. Enjoy!
