My daughter usually names my dishes. We haven't come up with one yet. This is so good, though

prep time 15 Min
cook time 30 Min
method ---
yield 8-10 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup loose packed basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 - spinach, fresh
  • 3 dashes sea salt
  • - olive oil
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 - zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package twisty pasta, cooked
  • - grated parmesan cheese (optional)

How To Make no name for this pasta

  • Step 1
Place the walnuts into a food processor. Cover and process until nuts are finely chopped. Move to another bowl. Add garlic, basil, Spinach and olive oil into the food processor. Cover and process until the mixture is finely chopped. Mix into the walnuts in the bowl. Add salt.
  • Step 2
Heat butter on Med-High heat, add Zucchini and cook for about 1 minute. Add pasta sauce and the walnut mixture, stir. Next put the whipping cream into the pasta sauce jar and shake to get the rest of the sauce and add to sauce. (Get it all - don't waste any! LOL) We also added a bit of pepper and sage.
  • Step 3
Place the pasta back into the pot. Add the sauce mixture and mix. Serve on plates sprinkled with the cheese, if desired.
