My daughter usually names my dishes. We haven't come up with one yet. This is so good, though

Ingredients

1/4 c
walnuts
1/2 c
loose packed basil leaves
4 clove
garlic
5
spinach, fresh
3 dash(es)
sea salt
olive oil
1 jar(s)
pasta sauce
3 Tbsp
whipping cream
1
zucchini
2 Tbsp
unsalted butter
1 pkg
twisty pasta, cooked
grated parmesan cheese (optional)

How to Make No Name for this Pasta

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the walnuts into a food processor. Cover and process until nuts are finely chopped. Move to another bowl. Add garlic, basil, Spinach and olive oil into the food processor. Cover and process until the mixture is finely chopped. Mix into the walnuts in the bowl. Add salt.
  • 2Heat butter on Med-High heat, add Zucchini and cook for about 1 minute. Add pasta sauce and the walnut mixture, stir. Next put the whipping cream into the pasta sauce jar and shake to get the rest of the sauce and add to sauce. (Get it all - don't waste any! LOL) We also added a bit of pepper and sage.
  • 3Place the pasta back into the pot. Add the sauce mixture and mix. Serve on plates sprinkled with the cheese, if desired.
