Ingredients

  • - portebello mushroom caps
  • - sliced bell peppers, use whatever colors you like
  • - marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • - parmesan cheese- can use light or fat free
  • - onion
  • - any other veggies you prefer!

How To Make no crust veggie pizza

  • Step 1
    Place mushroom caps upside down on cookie sheet. Spread about 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each mushroom then top with veggies and cheese.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 until cheese melts and everything is warmed through. I did not give measurements because you can build these to your liking. If you like less sauce you can use less. There are so many combinations to try!
