I love stuffed crust pizza, so, I figured out a way to make it at home!

  • 1 1/3 c
    water, warm
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 pinch
    kosher salt
  • 3 1/2 c
    bread flour

  • ·
    whatever your little heart desires!!

How to Make My stuffed crust pizza


  1. Mix warm water, yeast, brown sugar and olive oil until yeast dissolves.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to form dough, cover in oiled/greased bowl to rise for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size
  3. roll dough out to overlap your pizza pan
  4. place desired cheese or cheese blends around rim of pizza pan
  5. turn dough back over cheese and tuck edges as pictured, bake in 350* oven for approx. 5-7 minutes before adding toppings
    Once toppings are added bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown and pizza toppings are melted through!
