I can't keep this in my pantry. As soon as the garden veggies start coming in they know this will be the fist thing I make.

How To Make
Clean and wash all veggies. cut stem ends off & pull leaves off the stalks then just rough cut them up. Put in large pot.
Add water 1/2 cup & olive oil. seasoning go on top of it all. Simmer for about a an hour stirring.You may need to add more seasoning. When it starts falling a part, turn down.
Get you pole blender and blend all ingredients in the pot at once until smooth like spaghetti sauce. I use to grated the squash and zucchini up but now I just purée everything together.
