Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic
- 10 pounds roma tomatoes
- 2 pounds squash, fresh
- 2 pounds zucchini
- 6 sprigs oregano, fresh
- 10 stalks basil, fresh
- 3 dashes salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 tablespoons dried italian seasoning
- YOU HAVE TO LET THESE MARRY COOK THEM SLOWLY
How To Make moni's spaggie sauce

Step 1Clean and wash all veggies. cut stem ends off & pull leaves off the stalks then just rough cut them up. Put in large pot.

Step 2Add water 1/2 cup & olive oil. seasoning go on top of it all. Simmer for about a an hour stirring.You may need to add more seasoning. When it starts falling a part, turn down.

Step 3Get you pole blender and blend all ingredients in the pot at once until smooth like spaghetti sauce. I use to grated the squash and zucchini up but now I just purée everything together.
