I can't keep this in my pantry. As soon as the garden veggies start coming in they know this will be the fist thing I make.

Ingredients

5 clove
garlic
10 lb
roma tomatoes
2 lb
squash, fresh
2 lb
zucchini
6 sprig(s)
oregano, fresh
10 stalk(s)
basil, fresh
3 dash(es)
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp
olive oil
1 pkg
spaghetti sauce mix
2 Tbsp
dried italian seasoning

YOU HAVE TO LET THESE MARRY COOK THEM SLOWLY

How to Make Moni's Spaggie Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Clean and wash all veggies. cut stem ends off & pull leaves off the stalks then just rough cut them up. Put in large pot.
  • 2Add water 1/2 cup & olive oil. seasoning go on top of it all. Simmer for about a an hour stirring.You may need to add more seasoning. When it starts falling a part, turn down.
  • 3Get you pole blender and blend all ingredients in the pot at once until smooth like spaghetti sauce. I use to grated the squash and zucchini up but now I just purée everything together.
