Ingredients For moni's spaggie sauce

5 clovegarlic

10 lbroma tomatoes

2 lbsquash, fresh

2 lbzucchini
-
6 sprigoregano, fresh

10 stalkbasil, fresh

3 dashsalt and pepper

4 Tbspolive oil

1 pkgspaghetti sauce mix

2 Tbspdried italian seasoning
- YOU HAVE TO LET THESE MARRY COOK THEM SLOWLY
How To Make moni's spaggie sauce

1Clean and wash all veggies. cut stem ends off & pull leaves off the stalks then just rough cut them up. Put in large pot.

2Add water 1/2 cup & olive oil. seasoning go on top of it all. Simmer for about a an hour stirring.You may need to add more seasoning. When it starts falling a part, turn down.

3Get you pole blender and blend all ingredients in the pot at once until smooth like spaghetti sauce. I use to grated the squash and zucchini up but now I just purée everything together.
