These meatballs are awesome in my spaghetti sauce!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 pound good italian sausage
  • 3 tablespoons pressed garlic
  • 1/2 - onion, minced
  • 3 tablespoons tone's spaghetti seasoning
  • 1 - large egg
  • 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup progresso italian bread crumbs

How To Make meatballs

  • Step 1
    Mix all the above and shape into balls. When ready to cook, just drop into sauce and cook until done. I like to freeze them on a cookie sheet, put them in a zip lock and pull out what I need when I need.
