- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound good italian sausage
- 3 tablespoons pressed garlic
- 1/2 - onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons tone's spaghetti seasoning
- 1 - large egg
- 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese, finely grated
- 1/2 cup progresso italian bread crumbs
How To Make meatballs

Step 1Mix all the above and shape into balls. When ready to cook, just drop into sauce and cook until done. I like to freeze them on a cookie sheet, put them in a zip lock and pull out what I need when I need.
