Needed to go low carb, but I am addicted to pizza. So, this is my version.

Ingredients

  • 1
    mission carb balance tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp
    spaghetti sauce
  • 10
    pepperoni slices
  • 1 slice
    honey ham, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    mozzarella cheese

How to Make Low Carb Thin Crust Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Place on baking sheet, the tortilla. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. When done, flip Tortilla over and place toppings. Bake for another 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
