  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 c
    mixed italian cheese
  • 1/2 c
    pizza sauce

How to Make LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and spice and mix together again.
  2. Spray a 9 by 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle 2 cups Italian cheese onto pan and pour the egg mixture over cheese.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes, add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings
  4. NOTE: For a crisper crust cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
