Some people like a low carb crust and this is just what you need.

yield Makes 1 large or 2 small pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups mixed italian cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

How To Make low carb pizza crust

  • Step 1
    Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and spice and mix together again.
  • Step 2
    Spray a 9 by 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle 2 cups Italian cheese onto pan and pour the egg mixture over cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes, add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings
  • Step 4
    NOTE: For a crisper crust cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
