LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST
4 ozcream cheese
1/4 cparmesan cheese
1/4 tspgarlic powder
2 cmixed italian cheese
1/2 cpizza sauce
How to Make LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST
- Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and spice and mix together again.
- Spray a 9 by 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle 2 cups Italian cheese onto pan and pour the egg mixture over cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes, add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings
- NOTE: For a crisper crust cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
