I've been making this for years. I make this 1 or 2 times during Lent. This is fast (20 min), easy, and tastes great. I serve with a tossed salad and crusty Italian bread.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Make this flavorful Tuscan-style shrimp pasta the next time you want a meat-free meal. It's made with very few ingredients, yet it's full of flavor. The tender and juicy shrimp are quickly cooked in olive oil, garlic, diced tomatoes, and dried basil. A squeeze of lemon over the top adds a pop of flavor. When tossed with linguini pasta, this is a delicious dinner.
