12lasagna noodles, no boil

16 ozricotta cheese

1 largebrown organic egg

4 ozgrated fontina cheese

4 ozgrated gruyere cheese

8 ozgrated parigiano-reggiano cheese

How to Make Lasagna
- In a dutch oven, cook sausage, ground turkey, onion,garlic over medium heat until well browned.drain off all fat from meat. stir in crushed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, and tomatoe sauce, and water about 1/2 cup.
- Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, and top wiwth remainging mozzarella and parmesan cheese. cover with foil. to prevent sticking, use non stick foil, or spray foil with pam.
