    can crushed italian tomatoes
  • 2(6) oz
    cans tomatoe pastse
  • 3(6.5) can(s)
    italian tomatoe sauce

    lasagna noodles, no boil
  • 16 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 large
    brown organic egg
  • 4 oz
    grated fontina cheese
  • 4 oz
    grated gruyere cheese
  • 8 oz
    grated parigiano-reggiano cheese
  • 1 lb
    fresh italian mozzarella cheese

How to Make Lasagna


  1. In a dutch oven, cook sausage, ground turkey, onion,garlic over medium heat until well browned.drain off all fat from meat. stir in crushed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, and tomatoe sauce, and water about 1/2 cup.
  2. Season with sugar, basil,Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.Simmer, cover for about 1 hour.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese,grated gruyere cheese, parigiana-reggiano cheese, and egg and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. preheat your oven to 375 degree.
  4. To asssemble, spread 1 1/2 cup of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce.. Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture.Top with a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, and top wiwth remainging mozzarella and parmesan cheese. cover with foil. to prevent sticking, use non stick foil, or spray foil with pam.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 1hour . Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before serving. Hope you enjoy!!!!
