Another recipe my gram taught me...so fresh and delcious

Ingredients

  • - 4 potatoes..5, 28 ounce cans hunts sauce
  • - 2 cups fresh grean beans
  • - 2, zucchini
  • - 2 sticks pepperoni sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • - 5 cloves garlic,salt to taste olive oil

How To Make jamboute "italian stew"

  • Step 1
    saute peperoni,garlic diced,and few tabls oil oil..open sauce pour all in large pot
  • Step 2
    add chunked potatoes,grean beans and slice zucchini too pot of sauce..(for a bit of spice..i add a few teaspoons of crushed red pepper to the pot)
  • Step 3
    let simmer for 4 hours!!!! make sure you have some italian bread handy
