Ingredients
- 3 medium summer squash, washed, cut into thin 1/2 slices
- 2 medium zuchinni squash, washed, cut into thin 1/2 slices
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 3/4-1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/8 cup butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 tablespoon italian seasoning

Step 1Boil pasta in large pot on stove. While cooking, cut up the squash and tomatoes. Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic. Heat up wok or large frying pan with the butter. Cook garlic in butter for just a few seconds; then add italian seasoning and squash. Cover. Drain noodles and set aside. Stir veggies and cook till tender but not totally soft. Add tomatoes in the last few mins. of stir-frying so they aren't mushy. Add cheese and pasta and stir.
