Italian Spinach Ricotta Pie

frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 - 15
container ricotta cheese
How to Make Italian Spinach Ricotta Pie
1Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2Drain spinach and sqeeze well.
Melt butter and saute onion until soft.
Add spinach and stir until most of the moisture is gone.
Remove from heat.
3In a large bowl, add all the other ingredients to the spinach mixture and stir until the mixture looks like green and white marble.
Pour into baked pie shell.
4Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
