How To Make italian sausage and cheese lasagna rolls
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Brown sausage in skillet
Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions
Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and sausage in large bowl.
When pasta is complete, drain, lay out flat side-by-side. Spoon mixture evenly onto each noodle.
Roll noodle up and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. (Place small amount of pasta sauce in bottom of pan before placing rolls)
Top with remaining sauce and cheese
Bake 45 minutes.
