lasagna noodles
1 jar(s)
pasta sauce
15 oz
ricotta cheese
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
2 c
mozzarella cheese
2
egg
1 lb
italian sausage, mild
salt and pepper

How to Make Italian Sausage and Cheese Lasagna Rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • 2Brown sausage in skillet
  • 3Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions
  • 4Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and sausage in large bowl.
  • 5When pasta is complete, drain, lay out flat side-by-side. Spoon mixture evenly onto each noodle.
    Roll noodle up and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. (Place small amount of pasta sauce in bottom of pan before placing rolls)
  • 6Top with remaining sauce and cheese
    Bake 45 minutes.
