Ingredients
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup garlic and basil infused olive oil
- 2-4 - pcs. naan bread
- 8 ounces luncheon meat>salami cubed
- 8 ounces asiago cheese, grated
How To Make italian naan sammie

Step 1Start by mincing 4 cloves of garlic, add to 1/2c of olive oil, add 2 tsp. of Mrs. Dash tomato and basil seasoning, or plain basil, or italian seasoning. Place in small saucepan and simmer for 20-30 min. DO NOT let garlic burn!!

Step 2Half grape tomatoes, grate the Asiago, and cube the salami.

Step 3Place salami in skillet with 1/4c infused olive oil and allow to crisp up.

Step 4Remove salami, add tomatoes into same skillet. Simmer on very low for about 20-30 min until tomatoes start breaking down, smush tomatoes with a spatula a couple times while cooking.

Step 5Preheat oven to 400°. Brush naan bread with the olive oil, sprinkle with cheese, place on lowest rack of oven for about 5-7 min. or till cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Spread on tomatoes, top with grated cheese and salami.
