Ingredients

2 pounds cooked hanburger meat
1 medium onion diced
2 cups mozzerella cheese grated
2 cups american cheese grated
4 cups italian speghetti sauce
4 ounces mushrooms already cooked choped
2 - 9 in pie shells

How To Make italian hanburger pie

Step 1

first mix all the ingrediances except the onion

Step 2

in a skillet cook the onion till it s a little browned
Step 3

then mix allof the first six ingrediants together make sure onion an hanburger are cooled
Step 4

pour evenly into two 9 in pie shells cook at 375 degrees oven for about 30 min or until golden brown shell
