Ingredients
- 2 cups whole grain flour
- 1/4 cup italian seasoning
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups corn kernels, frozen
How To Make italian corn cakes

Step 1In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the sour cream and about half the water. Gradually incorporate the rest of the water and corn kernels.

Step 2Heat up a skillet or griddle to medium high. Prepare with cooking spray or butter. Cook spoonfuls of the batter about 2 minutes on each side.
