2 1/4 stick

1 tsp
dry basil

whole bulb of garlic

motserella cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese

How To Make italian cheese bread

Cut whole bulb of garlic in half and drizzle olive oil or butter over the top so it goes down into the garlic. Wrap with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 30 min.

Add all the butter to a small bowl and squeeze the garlic out into the bowl along with the basil. mix well.

set aside 1/4 cup of the garlic butter mixture, and Evenly distribute the other 2 cups on the italian bread loaf halves. Top each evenly with the 1 pound of mozzarella cheese. bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes (depending on if you want the bottoms crunchy or not)

Remove from oven and brush on the remaining butter mixture on top, and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
