Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make homemade whole wheat pizza crust

Step 1Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Stir in dry milk, oil and wheat flour. Then stir in 1 cup white flour.

Step 2On a pastry cloth spread remaining flour. Turn out crust mixture onto floured cloth and knead until flour is worked in.

Step 3Place in oiled bowl and cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours ( until doubled ).

Step 4Pat onto oiled pizza pan and double over edges to make a ridge cover and let rise 45 minutes. Pre- bake 5 minutes at 425 degrees
