This makes so much sauce make sure you have a couple of gallon sized zip lock bags to store the rest.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
olive oil
1
onion
5 clove
garlic
4 - 28 oz
cans of crushed tomatoes
1 can(s)
water
3
bay leaves
1/2 c
basil, fresh
1 Tbsp
oregano, fresh
1 Tbsp
sugar
garlic powder, onion powder,salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in large dutch oven. Add onions and salt so that onions don't burn. Cook until the onions are soft. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
2Pour in tomatoes, 1 can of water, and herbs. Cook for 30 minutes.
3Season with salt, pepper,sugar, garlic and onion powders.
