I make this when I'm craving pizza, but want it to be healthy AND tasty!

reduced-fat, refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 Tbsp
olive oil, divided
1/2 tsp
1/2 c
diced onion
1/4 c
sliced green onion
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
7 oz bag fresh spinach leaves
8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1 c
reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Healthy spinach pizza


  • 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough onto baking sheet. Bake 10 mins. Brush dough w/ 1 tbsp oil, sprinkle w/ salt.
  • 2In lg skillet heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Cook onion, green onion and garlic, stirring for 4 mins. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • 3Add cream cheese and italian seasonings. Cook, stirring until blended. Spread mix onto crust evenly. Top w/ mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
