Ingredients
- 1 can reduced-fat, refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 - 7 oz bag fresh spinach leaves
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make healthy spinach pizza

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough onto baking sheet. Bake 10 mins. Brush dough w/ 1 tbsp oil, sprinkle w/ salt.

Step 2In lg skillet heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Cook onion, green onion and garlic, stirring for 4 mins. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Step 3Add cream cheese and italian seasonings. Cook, stirring until blended. Spread mix onto crust evenly. Top w/ mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
