I make this when I'm craving pizza, but want it to be healthy AND tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 can reduced-fat, refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 - 7 oz bag fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make healthy spinach pizza

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough onto baking sheet. Bake 10 mins. Brush dough w/ 1 tbsp oil, sprinkle w/ salt.
  • Step 2
    In lg skillet heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Cook onion, green onion and garlic, stirring for 4 mins. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Step 3
    Add cream cheese and italian seasonings. Cook, stirring until blended. Spread mix onto crust evenly. Top w/ mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
