Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    reduced-fat, refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    7 oz bag fresh spinach leaves
  • 1
    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Healthy spinach pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll dough onto baking sheet. Bake 10 mins. Brush dough w/ 1 tbsp oil, sprinkle w/ salt.
  2. In lg skillet heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Cook onion, green onion and garlic, stirring for 4 mins. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Add cream cheese and italian seasonings. Cook, stirring until blended. Spread mix onto crust evenly. Top w/ mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
