Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS FOR MEATBALLS
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound ground italian sausage
  • 1/2 pound ground veal
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup asiago cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 large jar of your good tomatoe sauce
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

How To Make full of flavor meat balls with tomatoe sauce

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients togather. roll in 4oz balls, heat skillet and brown on both side, then place meatballs in a dutch oven pour spaghetti sauce of meatballs and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Step 2
    serve with your favorite pasta. sprinkle top with more grated asiago cheese.
