Ingredients
- 2 pounds mini sweet peppers
- 1 pound ball, skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- - olive oil for drizzling
- - sea salt to taste
How To Make easy stuffed, baked peppers

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Cut tops off of peppers, remove seeds. Cut mozzarella ball into small chunks.

Step 2Stuff peppers w/ cheese chunks. Pour marinara sauce into a deep casserole dish. Arrange peppers in casserole dish. Drizzle peppers w/ oil. Sprinkle tops of peppers w/ sea salt.

Step 3Bake 30 mins. Change oven heat to broil. Broil 2-3 mins for a nice charred appearance of peppers.
