Ingredients

  • 2 pounds mini sweet peppers
  • 1 pound ball, skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • - olive oil for drizzling
  • - sea salt to taste

How To Make easy stuffed, baked peppers

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Cut tops off of peppers, remove seeds. Cut mozzarella ball into small chunks.
  • Step 2
    Stuff peppers w/ cheese chunks. Pour marinara sauce into a deep casserole dish. Arrange peppers in casserole dish. Drizzle peppers w/ oil. Sprinkle tops of peppers w/ sea salt.
  • Step 3
    Bake 30 mins. Change oven heat to broil. Broil 2-3 mins for a nice charred appearance of peppers.
