Quick and easy pizza that I make for my grandkids or as a treat. I let them custom design their own. You can put anything you like on it. It's great and they love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 small
    soft taco shell or burrito shell
  • 2 Tbsp
    pizza sauce or spagetti sauce
  • 1 scoop(s)
    hamburger, sausage, pepperoni, any/all/no meat you like, diced
  • 1 scoop(s)
    favorite veggie or fruit, diced
  • 1 scoop(s)
    mexican 4 cheese pack (shredded) (in dairy case), cover top

How to Make Easy Breezy Cheesy Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. I cook ingredients early and place in seal containers in the fridge then when it's time for pizza, I just bring out what I want to make my pizza with.
  2. First put a couple spoonfuls of sauce, to your liking.
  3. Then place meat and veggies
  4. Top with the cheeses
  5. Place in toaster oven or center rack in oven
  6. bake for approx 10 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese is melted, makes a wonderful thin crispy crust
