Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 3/4 can carrot, diced
- 1 cup seashell pasta
- 2 cups spinach, thinly sliced and packed
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons onions, minced
How To Make easy italian soup

Step 1Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, basil, and onion. Shape mix into 3/4 inch balls; set aside.

Step 2In large pot heat on high: chicken broth to a boil, stir in spinach, pasta, carrot and meatballs.

Step 3Boil, reduce to medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently at a slow boil for 10 minutes or until pasta is el dente and balls are no longer pink.

Step 4Serve hot, sprinkle with cheese.
