How to Make Easy Italian Soup
1Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, basil, and onion. Shape mix into 3/4 inch balls; set aside.
2In large pot heat on high: chicken broth to a boil, stir in spinach, pasta, carrot and meatballs.
3Boil, reduce to medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently at a slow boil for 10 minutes or until pasta is el dente and balls are no longer pink.
4Serve hot, sprinkle with cheese.
