A very easy and healthy soup for those cold nights. Serve w/ fresh Italian bread for a full meal,yum!

Ingredients

turkey sausage, sliced
1 large
green bell pepper, diced

onion, diced

28 oz can diced tomatoes

8 oz cans tomato sauce
2 c
lower-sodium chicken broth
3/4 c
elbow macaroni
3/4 c
reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.

How to Make Easy, healthy Italian soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray a soup ot w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat. Add sausages and saute until browned. Add pepper and onions.
  • 2Saute until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until pasta is done.
  • 3Serve in bowls, sprinkled w/ the cheese.
