Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey sausage, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 - onion, diced
- 1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups lower-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.
How To Make easy, healthy italian soup

Step 1Spray a soup ot w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat. Add sausages and saute until browned. Add pepper and onions.

Step 2Saute until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until pasta is done.

Step 3Serve in bowls, sprinkled w/ the cheese.
