This is so cute from Pillsbury. I plan on making 2 or 3 of these for my family's Superbowl Party. Photo: my personal pictures

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 package (6 oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 1 - stick (1 oz) string cheese

How To Make easy football pizza

  • Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough, and starting at center, press out dough into a 14x12-inch rectangle. Brush dough with olive oil, bake for 7 minutes.
  • Step 2
Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, with mozzarella cheese and parsley. Arrange pepperoni in a football shape in center of pizza. Cut string cheese lengthwise into 4 strips. To make football laces, place one strip horizontally on center of football. Cut remaining strip into 5 pieces; arrange vertically across horizontal strip. (You can eat the other 2 strips of string cheese.) lol
  • Step 3
Bake 10 to 13 minutes longer, or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows, making 16 pieces. *Feel free to add additional seasonings of your choice to sauce and cheese. Make it "your own". :)
