easy baked macaroni & cheese

I made this for my nephews and they are usually picky eaters; but they loved this!!! My first mistake with this is, I forgot to cool the macaroni before adding it to the rest of the mixture, but it gave it a yummy texture, so if you forget dont worry! It will turn out! Green onions are a must! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - sleeve of ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy baked macaroni & cheese

Step 1Mix together all ingredients except crackers and butter; transfer to an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan.

Step 2Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together and sprinkle on top.

Step 3Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 15 min, until cheese is melted.

Step 4Uncover and bake for another 15min., until golden brown. Great with salad and rolls.
