Place roast in crock pot and pour pepperoncini peppers over roast. Season with spices and add a little worchester sauce. Add Beef broth. Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours or overnight until tender or 3 - 4 hours on high.
Remove roast to platter and shred with two forks. Return to juices in crockpot. Serve on french bread split for sandwiches. Delicious and so easy.
Can be put on the night before and will be done in the morning.
I also add a little granulated garlic to the seasoning.
